Cookies Policy
Effective date: August 27, 2026 Last updated: August 27, 2026
Intro: This Cookies Policy explains how Fortify Practice (“Fortify Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on fortifypractice.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies.”
Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a service we use, such as our analytics or forms provider). They can last only for your visit (session cookies) or persist across visits (persistent cookies).
Types of cookies we use
- Essential cookies. Required for the Site to function, for example, to load pages, keep the site secure, and let our contact and demo-request forms (powered by GoHighLevel) work. The Site cannot function properly without these, so they are not optional.
- Non-essential cookies. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies on the Site. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy first and provide a way to manage your choices.
We do not use cookies to collect patient health information. Patient call data handled by Lucy is separate from Site cookies and is covered by our Privacy Policy and our Business Associate Agreements with dental practices.
Cookies we use (table)
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Functional / security cookies | Fortify Practice (first-party) | Essential | Keep the Site loading correctly and secure | Session |
| Form & embed cookies | GoHighLevel (third-party) | Essential | Enable our demo-request and contact forms | Session to persistent |
How to control cookies
- No consent banner needed. Because the Site currently uses only essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and give you a way to manage your choices.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Site (like our forms) from working.
Changes and contact
We may update this Cookies Policy as our Site or the technologies we use change. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do.
